Dr. Piyush Gupta is a dedicated and compassionate dermatologist with strong academic training and extensive clinical exposure in dermatology, venereology, and leprosy. He is known for his patient-centered approach, evidence-based practice, and commitment to delivering ethical and result-oriented dermatological care.
He completed his MBBS from NDMC Medical College, Delhi, followed by his MD DVL from ESI PGIMSR, Basaidarapur, Delhi in 2023. During his postgraduate training and clinical practice, Dr. Gupta developed expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of skin, hair, and nail disorders.
Dr. Gupta served as Senior Resident in the Department of Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology at ESI PGIMSR, Basaidarapur, Delhi from June 2023 to June 2025, where he gained extensive experience in clinical dermatology, procedural dermatology, and patient management.
His clinical interests include acne management, pigmentation disorders, hair loss treatments, anti-aging procedures, and aesthetic dermatology. He is experienced in various dermatological and aesthetic procedures including biopsies, radiofrequency procedures, chemical peels, botulinum toxin treatments, and skin boosters.
He has actively contributed to academic dermatology through research publications and conference presentations, including research on unusual cutaneous manifestations of coronavirus infection and non-steroidal treatment approaches for pyoderma gangrenosum, and multiple E-posters at CUTICON 2022.
He is a member of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) and holds registration with the Delhi Medical Council. With a strong foundation in clinical dermatology and a commitment to continuous learning, he strives to provide personalized, ethical, and advanced dermatological care for every patient.
